Introduction  This Waiver of Liability (the “Waiver”) is provided by Max Gatenby LLC, a health coaching service specializing in dietary, detoxification, and lifestyle coaching aimed at helping adults eliminate eczema, and achieve their health goals relating to skin and overall well being. This Waiver outlines the terms under which you, the client, agree to participate in the coaching program and the risks associated with it.

1. Description of Services  Max Gatenby LLC offers health coaching services focusing on diet modification, detoxification processes, and lifestyle adjustments. These services include but are not limited to nutrition education, guidance on eliminating processed foods and refined carbohydrates, fasting, detoxification protocol information, environmental detoxification, stress reduction, and healthy lifestyle habit education.

2. Equipment and Tools  The coaching program may recommend the use of specific tools or products such as dietary supplements, personal care products, and other materials necessary for implementing the diet and lifestyle changes. These recommendations are based on the program's principles for promoting skin health and overall wellbeing.

3. Acknowledgment of Risks  You acknowledge that the diet, detoxification, and lifestyle changes recommended by Max Gatenby LLC carry inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions, death, or other complications. While these methods aim to improve skin health and overall wellbeing, every individual's body reacts differently.

4. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk  Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary. You understand and agree that you are fully aware of the risks involved and choose to participate willingly. You affirm that you are in good health and physically capable of engaging in this health coaching program.

5. Release and Waiver of Liability  By signing this Waiver, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Max Gatenby LLC, its officers, agents, or employees (hereinafter referred to as “Releasees”) from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by you while participating in such activity or while using equipment or following advice provided by Max Gatenby LLC, except that which is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Releasees.

6. Indemnification  You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to your participation in the program.

7. Confirmation of Understanding  You acknowledge that you have read this Waiver, understand its terms, understand that you have given up substantial rights by signing it, and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature. You intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
